Exclusive Merchandise Launch for "Aperture 19: What Has Escaped Us"
"Beauty & Youth United Arrows," a brand of United Arrows Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Shibuya, CEO: Yoshinori Matsuzaki), proudly announces the release of limited edition merchandise in collaboration with the ongoing exhibition "Aperture 19: What Has Escaped Us" by artist Keita Morimoto, running at the Kanazawa 21st Century Museum. From August 10, 2025, visitors can purchase five exclusive items in the museum shop, including T-shirts, bags, caps, umbrellas, and magnets.
The Collaboration's Background
The initiative stemmed from a promotional campaign aimed at fostering communication for the next generation, set to launch in the spring of 2025. Featuring the theme of "light" that evokes the arrival of spring, a new era, and endless possibilities, the collaboration with Morimoto naturally evolved into a project connected to the exhibition.
Exhibition Overview
The exhibition showcases large-scale paintings, a new series of abstract works, and the artist's first foray into three-dimensional pieces. It invites viewers to engage with Morimoto’s world through a composition that resonates with memories and emotions. A special talk session titled "Landscapes in Memory" by Morimoto is scheduled for August 10, 2025, at the Kanazawa 21st Century Museum Lecture Hall.
This collaboration aims to reach a new audience, particularly those interested in contemporary art. The brand intends to continue blending fashion and art, enhancing lifestyles through unique offerings.

Artist Profile
Keita Morimoto (Contemporary Artist)
Born in Osaka in 1990, Morimoto moved to Canada in 2006 and graduated from Ontario College of Art and Design (now OCAD University) in 2012. After working in Canada, he returned to Japan in 2021 and is currently based in Tokyo. With a strong interest in techniques and themes from Baroque painting, early 20th-century American realism, and classical genre painting, Morimoto transforms ordinary scenes of contemporary urban life into extraordinary narratives. By symbolically depicting "light", he merges its sacred and universal essence with the stark realities of consumer culture, creating works that resonate with the depth of history and the complexities of modernity.
