Business Jet Expands Hangar Capacity with New Facilities at Dallas Love Field

Business Jet, a prominent player in private aviation, has recently completed the construction of its latest hangar complex at Dallas Love Field Airport. This new facility, which was first announced in August 2025, boasts two side-by-side hangars totaling an impressive 70,000 square feet.

With this expansion, Business Jet has significantly enhanced its campus, now encompassing over 475,000 square feet of fully leased hangar and office spaces strewn across 19 hangars and two executive terminals. This complex sits on a 53-acre campus at KDAL, making it a crucial hub for aviation activities in Dallas.

Meeting the Demand for Private Aviation

As demand for private aviation services continues to rise, especially in thriving markets like Dallas, this expansion represents a strategic step for Business Jet to align with customer needs. Chris Wright, the Partner and CEO of Business Jet, expressed pride in this development, emphasizing how it seamlessly integrates with existing facilities to enhance the operational capacity at the airport.

“This development rounds out the northeast corner of the airport and highlights the strong demand for hangar space here at Dallas Love Field,” Wright stated. “We’re excited to announce that the new space is 100% leased, reaffirming our commitment to catering to the evolving needs of our clientele.”

Unique Facility Features

Each hangar in the newly opened complex is tailored to accommodate a variety of tenant needs. The west hangar is designed with a single tenant in mind, featuring a customized floor plan, a conditioned hangar bay, and top-notch interior finishes. This hangar also introduces a tip-up canopy style door, a first for Business Jet’s campus.

In contrast, the east hangar is built for multiple tenants, offering seven individual office and shop spaces suited for flight departments. The hangar bays have doors that stand 28 feet tall, suitable for housing the latest ultra-long-range aircraft models, including the Gulfstream G700, G800, and Bombardier Global 8000.

Both hangars come equipped with modern amenities, such as epoxy-coated floors, LED lighting, large format fans, radiant tube heating, electric vehicle chargers, and integrated utility pedestals providing power, water, and compressed air.

Looking Forward

As 2026 unfolds, Business Jet is poised to adapt to the ongoing growth in business aviation. With industry-leading facilities and a strong commitment to customer service, the company is set to meet the demands of aircraft owners and operators alike.
