He later held pivotal positions such as Country Manager and Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific at Bang & Olufsen ICEpower Japan and Vice President at Sandvik Coromant Company within the Asia Pacific region.

Most recently, he served as the Country Manager for TE Connectivity Japan, overseeing aerospace, defense, and marine sectors in Japan and Asia Pacific. Yagi's academic achievements include an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, further solidifying his leadership credentials.
