This expansion marks the beginning of Amrop's enhanced presence in the Baltic region, which also includes Latvia and Estonia, providing localized support in executive search and leadership consulting across these growing markets.

The initiative aims to strengthen Amrop's capabilities in serving clients throughout the Baltics. This is achieved by forming specialized local teams dedicated to executive search and leadership advisory services that cater to the unique needs of the region. With this new structure in place, Amrop is poised to offer clients unparalleled expertise in local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and direct access to a global network renowned for its leadership consulting.
