Local Government Digital Transformation Seminar Overview

The first phase of the local government digital transformation promotion plan, initiated in 2021, will reach a milestone at the end of FY2025. Matsuba will present insights on the progress made to date, the support measures provided by the government, and the outlook for 2026 and beyond.

1:40 PM - 2:05 PM | Utilizing Generative AI for Local Government DX
Speaker: Nobuyuki Takagi, Adobe Inc.
In an effort to ease the daily documentation workload faced by departments, Takagi will showcase how the Acrobat AI Assistant can enhance efficiency in planning and consultation, ultimately improving citizen services. A demonstration will highlight its benefits and use cases.

2:05 PM - 2:30 PM | System Optimization for Transitioning to Public Clouds
Speakers: Satoru Shimada, Networld and Kazutaka Sakamoto, JTP, Inc.
With the rising need for cost optimization, security enhancement, and simplified operations, migrating to cloud infrastructure is presented as a viable solution. The speakers will discuss modernization solutions for public sector organizations interested in AWS cloud migration, presenting successful case studies to illustrate the advantages of transitioning to cloud-based systems.
