Join the Free Seminar on the Rental Housing Revitalization Project

The Kogyo Market Research Institute based in Tokyo is excited to announce the free seminar titled Rental Housing Revitalization Project: Seminar for Promoting Scheduled Repairs of Rental Housing. This seminar, supported by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, will take place in three major cities with both in-person attendance and online streaming options later.

This year marks the 6th occurrence of this informative seminar, which has previously attracted numerous rental property owners and real estate business operators. Interestingly, this year marks the first holding of the seminar in the Tohoku region! Local residents of Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture are strongly encouraged to join us at the venue.

Addressing Challenges in Rental Housing Management

One of the significant challenges in managing rental properties is the decline in occupancy rates and rental prices over time. To effectively respond to societal changes and evolving tenant preferences, property owners must consider updates in aesthetics, layouts, and equipment specifications. This seminar will focus on providing insights into the strategies that can stabilize and improve rental property management through scheduled repairs and renovations. Industry professionals, including certified rental property management specialists and representatives from rental management companies, will offer clear explanations on the essentials and considerations involved.

Target Audience

  • - Rental property owners
  • - Rental management and brokerage companies
