Konrad S. Halbert takes on the role of North Texas Regional Executive, while Aubrey K. Gideon steps in as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer. With over 25 years in trust and wealth management, Halbert is tasked with leading client service and business development initiatives. His experience includes a rich background in estate planning, fiduciary administration, and high-net-worth relationship management, which are critical assets for Argent's clientele. Before joining Argent, he held senior positions, including Regional President at First Financial Trust Asset Management Company, overseeing various locations such as Fort Worth, Houston, and Beaumont. Halbert holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA in finance from Texas Christian University (TCU) and has served as an adjunct finance professor at TCU’s M.J. Neeley School of Business.
