A Sweet Collaboration: Dalloyau and Tirol Choco
Tirol Choco Co., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has teamed up with the renowned French pastry brand Dalloyau to launch a unique product: the
Tirol Choco Dalloyau Amouru Macaron. This exciting collaboration will be available nationwide at Lawson stores, excluding Natural Lawson and Lawson Store 100, starting from May 26, 2026.
Bringing Dalloyau’s Tradition to Chocolate
Dalloyau, known for its long-standing history in French patisserie since the time of King Louis XIV, has crafted delicious sweets that have stood the test of time. Their macarons are celebrated for their exquisite taste and textures. Now, Tirol Choco has taken inspiration from these traditional recipes to recreate Dalloyau's beloved macarons in chocolate form. The new Tirol Choco product features 100% Amouru strawberries, ensuring an authentic and rich flavor profile.
The
Amouru strawberry cream is created to reflect the light and airy texture of traditional macarons, filled with air to achieve a fluffy mouthfeel. In a first for Tirol Choco, the chocolate also includes
macaron crunch pieces that melt beautifully in your mouth, capturing the essence of this delectable treat.
Unique Flavor Experience
The combination of Amouru strawberry chocolate and creamy filling is further enhanced with
almond powder, which provides a fragrant nuttiness reminiscent of authentic macarons. Each chocolate piece has been meticulously crafted, resulting in an indulgent and flavorful treat that pays homage to Dalloyau's expertise in pastry making.
Adorable Packaging Featuring Joséphine
Adding to the charm of this collaboration, each chocolate is individually wrapped in packaging that features
Joséphine, Dalloyau’s playful original character. Joséphine is illustrated to showcase a variety of cute expressions and gestures, making the packaging irresistible and collectible for fans.
