On July 20, 2026, SUNLU will unveil its latest innovation—the AMS Lite Heater. Designed specifically for users of the AMS Lite by Bambu Lab, this device facilitates simultaneous printing and filament drying, preserving the original functionalities of the AMS Lite. By combining active drying with continuous printing, users can keep their filaments in optimal conditions throughout the printing process—thus improving print quality and decreasing issues stemming from humidity.

Humidity is known to be one of the primary causes of printing defects, leading to complications such as stringing, poor layer adhesion, surface imperfections, and inconsistent print quality. The AMS Lite Heater addresses these challenges by allowing filament drying during printing, which helps maintain workflow without needing to switch materials between devices.

Supporting drying temperatures up to 70°C and compatible with a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PA, and PC, the AMS Lite Heater uses a dual air circuit design to ensure uniform heat distribution in the chamber, promoting more consistent drying while eliminating hot spots and heating irregularities. Furthermore, a smart automatic ventilation system actively removes moisture during operation, preventing accumulation and increasing overall drying efficiency.

Ensuring additional filament quality, the AMS Lite Heater features a high-precision humidity monitoring system. Users can set humidity thresholds that automatically activate the drying function when needed, maintaining optimal storage conditions continuously.
