Among the new offerings is the Beef Hamburger Steak & Hokkaido Scallop Gratin. This dish combines a rich, creamy gratin made with plump Hokkaido scallops and a 100% beef hamburger steak, crafted without fillers. The gratin is elegantly served in a scallop shell, making for an eye-catching presentation. It includes not only the whole meat of a single scallop but also small shellfish and broccoli, creating a satisfying and nutritious blend of flavors.

The juicy beef hamburger steak comes with a variety of sauces to choose from, but it also pairs exceptionally well with the savory gratin sauce that’s infused with scallop essence. - This meal offers a combination of 100% beef hamburger steak and rich scallop gratin served in a scallop shell. Customers can add a choice of stone oven bread or rice for an additional 100 yen (tax included: 110 yen).

  • - Rapeseed Blossom and Seafood Ajillo: 490 yen (tax included: 539 yen)
- This dish is perfect as a side dish or as a snack to accompany drinks, with the option to order extra baguette for an additional 60 yen (tax included: 66 yen).
