Utilizing a garlic oil base, she complements Crave Brothers Oaxaca cheese with roasted delicata squash, red onion, nduja, cider-pickled apple, chili honey Mascarpone, and crispy sage. This combination encapsulates a flavorful journey—blending savory, sweet, and spicy elements with a seasonal touch unique to Wisconsin. Guests can enjoy Crave the Flame at all Flour Girl and Flame events throughout October.

Chef Evan Dannells shines a spotlight on Crave Brothers Burrata with his creation, "The Burrata Pie."
