Purpose of the Award
The purpose of these awards is to recognize organizations that actively employ individuals with disabilities, individuals who contribute to the promotion of employment and job stability for people with disabilities, and exemplary employees with disabilities who have shown long-term commitment in their workplaces. By widely publicizing these accomplishments, the initiative aims to promote the employment of people with disabilities and enhance their occupational stability.
Significant Achievements
As of June 1, 2025, Open House Group has exceeded 140 employees with disabilities, achieving an impressive employment rate of 3.06%, surpassing both the current statutory employment rate of 2.5% and the upcoming rate of 2.7% that will take effect in July 2026. Furthermore, on July 15, 2025, the Tokyo Labor Bureau certified the company as a provider of consultation and support services for the employment of individuals with disabilities. Open House Group was also honored with the Tokyo Governor’s Excellent Company Award for Employment of Persons with Disabilities and received the “Monis Certification” from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in 2024.

Designing Workspaces for Inclusion
Open House Group firmly believes that a diverse workforce is key to innovation and success. Additionally, they have maintained a commendable retention rate of 93.6% among employees with disabilities, including those facing mental and developmental challenges, ensuring that feedback is actively sought to create a comfortable working environment.

Recognizing the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in conventional office settings, the company has adopted a proactive approach by establishing operational centers equipped with facilities such as barrier-free features, break rooms, meeting rooms, and multi-purpose restrooms.
