Nobu Hospitality Unveils Luxury Hotel and Residences in Oman

Nobu Hospitality Expands to Oman

Nobu Hospitality, recognized worldwide for its luxury hotels and high-end restaurants, is excited to introduce its latest project in the enchanting region of Oman. The Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat is set to create a new benchmark in the luxury market of the Middle East, following the success of its previous locations.

Located on the pristine Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometers from the vibrant capital of Muscat, this development spans over 60,000 square meters. The resort will feature an 80-room Nobu Hotel, a signature restaurant, a full-service spa, a well-equipped gym, multiple swimming pools, and a beach club styled in the iconic Nobu fashion. Moreover, the project includes a limited collection of Nobu-branded residences, establishing a luxurious coastal community that embodies elegance and exclusivity, complete with breathtaking coastal views.

The backdrop of this venture, Oman, is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, characterized by the majestic Al Hajar Mountains, the clear waters of the Omani Sea, and a rich cultural heritage. This project aims to provide a unique blend of modern luxury and traditional Omani hospitality, making it an ideal location for Nobu’s expansion.

Strategic Collaboration

This marks the second collaboration between Nobu Hospitality and Enevoria Development, following the successful unveiling of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences on Al Marjan Island. The development will be executed in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), the government’s executive arm focused on enhancing the tourism landscape in Oman.

Evgeniy Yakubovskii, CEO of Enevoria Development, expressed enthusiasm about this collaboration: "We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Nobu, resulting in a visionary project that combines world-class architecture and hospitality. Each of our projects is created with the aim of offering an impeccable lifestyle to future residents. We firmly believe that Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat will stand out as a paragon of luxury living in the Middle East."

A New Era for Nobu

Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, echoed similar sentiments regarding the project. "We take immense pride in furthering our alliance with Enevoria Development and OMRAN Group. This mixed-use project is set to redefine luxury in Oman. The destination is truly unique, merging extraordinary natural beauty, warm hospitality, and a rich cultural narrative. We are excited to enhance our global presence and solidify our leadership in mixed-use developments, marking a new chapter in luxury real estate."

Since the debut of its first hotel in Las Vegas back in 2013, Nobu Hospitality has rapidly expanded to include 46 hotels and 20 branded residences globally, with many more in development. The brand is renowned not just for its hospitality but also for creating memorable dining experiences that resonate with guests worldwide.

The introduction of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat is not just another project; it is a significant step in establishing Nobu's footprint in the Middle East, promising an unmatched luxury experience tailored to the desires of discerning travelers and residents alike.
