On January 22, SEGA released a free demo for their upcoming titles, Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Yakuza 3: Dark Ties, set to launch on February 12, 2026. Available on PlayStation®5, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam), this demo allows players to dive into the explosive worlds of both games.

- Enjoy various gameplay spots, including karaoke and customization options for your mobile phone and outfits.

Yakuza 3: Dark Ties

- Get a taste of the main storyline with dramatic encounters in Kamurocho.
- Experience the stylish combat actions of protagonist Yoshiaki Mine, inspired by shoot boxing.
- Enjoy engaging gameplay spots, such as mahjong and other mini-games.

Save data from the demo cannot be transferred to the full game.

Pre-Order Bonus: Tsupari Member Kasuga Ichiban

Those who pre-order Yakuza Kiwami 3 / Yakuza 3: Dark Ties can unlock the Tsupari member Kasuga Ichiban as a bonus. This character will enhance your team in the game’s battle content, “Dragon of Tsupari.” The bonus is included for early purchasers of the physical edition and for digital pre-orders made by February 11, 2026, at 23:59.

This new combined title features Yakuza Kiwami 3, a remake of the original Yakuza 3 released in 2009 with the tagline, “The Legend Changes, A New History.” It includes a complete original story known as Yakuza 3: Dark Ties, focusing on the formidable adversary Yoshiaki Mine, charting his transformation from a successful businessman to a figure entangled in the yakuza world.
