Saint Marc Cafe, a popular bakery cafe chain known for its signature ‘Choco-Cro’, will officially transition to a new group app named 'my Saint Marc' on July 15, 2026. This significant change is part of Saint Marc Holdings’ strategy to streamline customer experiences across their diverse brand portfolio.

The current app will cease all services, including point issuance and coupon redemption, on August 31, 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, users will be able to convert existing points from the current app to the new app during the transition period from July 15 to September 15, 2026. Until July 31, users can still exchange points for coupons via the existing app.

'my Saint Marc' is set to be the largest integrated app in the food service sector, bringing together various services and experiences under one roof. The app aims to provide a seamless experience, allowing customers to collect Saint Marc points while dining at any of the participating group brands. Each 100 yen spent will earn users 1 Saint Marc point, which can later be exchanged for coupons.
