Starting March 1, 2026, Wagyu Burger, operated by the renowned Heijoen group, will offer its latest seasonal delight, the 'YOZAKURA Burger', available exclusively at its location in the COREDO Muromachi Terrace in Tokyo. This unique burger captures the essence of cherry blossoms without employing traditional floral ingredients. Instead, it utilizes red wine and black cherry to evoke the subtle allure of cherry blossoms viewed at night, creating a sophisticated flavor profile that appeals to adult palates.

Wagyu Burger first opened its doors in COREDO Muromachi in April 2021, thereby establishing a new concept under the well-regarded Heijoen brand, known for its high-end yakiniku restaurants.
