The company originated within the Tokyu Group, primarily serving as its technical division, and has grown alongside the group’s ambitious urban planning initiatives. Currently, 70% of their projects arise from collaborations with clients outside the Tokyu Group, highlighting their expansive influence and trusted expertise in the field.
