Sharin Ramen Shop's New Location in Kokubunji
Sharin, known for its specialization in Tsukemen, is set to expand with the grand opening of its 66th location in Kokubunji on June 30, 2025. This new store will add to Sharin's growing presence in the Kanto region, bringing the total number of its locations in Tokyo to 29.
Sharin is a sister restaurant of Rokurinsha, which has sparked a Tsukemen craze with its thick noodles and rich dipping sauce. Unlike its predecessor, Sharin offers a balanced broth that is described as 'medium-thick,' simmered for hours with a mix of chicken and pork alongside fragrant vegetables, creating a delicious base that is both flavorful and refreshing. An array of spices enhances the richness, resulting in the perfect dipping sauce for the thick noodles.
The noodles themselves are bespoke straight medium-thick varieties made from high-quality wheat, allowing for a delightful pairing with the dipping sauce, making them the ideal choice for those looking for a hearty meal. Sharin prides itself on delivering flavors that embody the essence of everyday Japanese cuisine, all while maintaining their philosophy of 'delicious, affordable, and filling.'
The Special Tsukemen – Sharin's signature dish, full of ingredients and hearty satisfaction.
In addition to Tsukemen, Sharin also offers its beloved 'Hiyakake' cold noodle dish, a refreshing summer staple that will be available at the new Kokubunji location starting from its opening.
