Desay Battery Unveils Innovative Energy Solutions at The Smarter E Europe 2025

Desay Battery, a leading global provider of energy storage solutions, made a significant impact at the Smarter E Europe 2025 exhibition held in Munich, Germany, from May 7 to 9. This year’s event, known as Europe’s largest energy industry trade fair, provided an ideal platform for Desay to showcase its latest innovations and strategic partnerships.

Introduction of UPS 2.0

During the event, Desay Battery introduced its cutting-edge UPS 2.0 system, which has been specifically designed for data centers, IT departments of large corporations, and network and communication service providers. The UPS 2.0 is notable for its compatibility with existing systems and compliance with stringent safety and environmental standards, emphasizing versatility.

Equipped with a single lithium-ion casing, the UPS 2.0 supports 300 kVA and boasts a remarkable lifespan of up to 15 years, effectively reducing project costs. Additionally, its intelligent monitoring system allows for real-time battery status tracking and predictive maintenance. Enhanced safety management features include optional fire detection and access to a cloud-based security network management platform.

Strategic Partnerships for Market Expansion

Following the launch of the UPS 2.0, Desay Battery signed a strategic agreement with TÜV Rheinland aimed at accelerating its expansion in the European market. This collaboration will facilitate EU certification for the UPS 2.0 (49 kWh, 8C) and the 5-MWh energy storage container. Furthermore, Desay entered into a 2-GW partnership with DOS Primärenergie Sonne GmbH to foster collaboration in renewable energy markets across the Middle East and Latin America.

High-Performance Products on Display

In addition to the UPS 2.0, Desay Battery presented several noteworthy products at the Smarter E Europe 2025 event. This included high-performance lithium-ion cells (DLP-100, DLP-280, DLP-314), a sodium-ion battery model DSP-60, and modular energy storage systems comprising 100-Ah and 280-Ah lithium modules. Other highlighted products were the Lumos energy storage cabinets (215kWh and 344kWh C38I DC ESS), 10-25kWh LV Residential ESS, and a 21kWh HV DCDC Residential ESS (280Ah). Moreover, the fluid-cooled container storage system Vita (5MWh Utility ESS) was showcased alongside UPS battery cabinets.

Recently, Desay Battery was included in the BloombergNEF Energy Storage Tier 1 List for Q2 2025, further solidifying its reputation in the field.
