As the summer heat sets in, Coco's Japan is ready to satisfy your cravings with refreshing and flavorful dishes. Starting July 1st, the popular family restaurant chain will introduce its July Gourmet Special, featuring an enticing array of cold noodles that are perfect for hot summer days.

Among these new offerings is the Irresistible Cold Khao Soi – Thai-style Cold Noodles. This dish takes the classic northern Thai favorite, Khao Soi, and presents it in a chilled format, infused with a delicious curry flavor. Made with seven different spices and rich coconut milk, the special sauce balances spiciness and tanginess, creating a unique taste experience that is sure to have you coming back for more.

Diners are encouraged to mix in the crispy noodles with succulent shrimp, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and fresh cilantro for an explosion of textures and flavors. To elevate the taste further, a side serving of lime and red pepper oil is provided, allowing customers to customize their experience with added zest and heat. For those who simply can’t get enough, Coco's also offers an extra cilantro option for just 150 yen (tax included 165 yen), so you can truly make it your own.

In addition to this tantalizing cold noodle, Coco's is also continuing to serve a fan favorite from June: the Tender Steamed Chicken with Goma Sauce Cold Noodles. It's available from June 10th and is set to continue throughout July, just in time for the sun’s peak intensity.
