Vortex Companies Enhances Operations with Key Executive Promotions

In a strategic move aimed at bolstering its operational framework, Vortex Companies has announced the promotions of Chuck Parsons and Ryan Helmuth to pivotal leadership roles. This decision comes as part of the company's mission to enhance service delivery and operational excellence in the trenchless water and sewer rehabilitation sector.

Leadership Changes and Strategic Vision

Effective immediately, Chuck Parsons has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations. Parsons previously held the position of President at Sancon Technologies before its recent acquisition by Vortex. His extensive experience of over 30 years in the industry makes him a valuable asset in this new role. According to Mike Vellano, CEO of Vortex Companies, Parsons's direct approach and proven ability to deliver high-quality services, particularly in California's competitive market, will greatly benefit the organization.

In his new capacity, Parsons will focus on executing enterprise-level strategies, aligning operations across the Vortex platform, and fostering better collaboration among various business units. Additionally, he will spearhead initiatives related to CIPP Corp, which oversees the company's CIPP lining installation network. This significant responsibility emphasizes the strategic importance of trenchless technology, which is becoming increasingly crucial in the rehabilitation of aging water infrastructure.

Following Parsons’s promotion, Ryan Helmuth has taken the role of Regional Vice President for Sancon Technologies. Helmuth, who has dedicated 15 years of service to Sancon, is recognized for his in-depth field knowledge and noteworthy leadership. In this role, he will manage the day-to-day operational activities of Sancon and will directly report to B.J. Kerstiens, Senior Vice President of Vortex Services. His responsibilities will center on ensuring operational excellence and fostering Sancon's growth as a critical component of Vortex Services.

Recognizing Talent and Commitment

Both Parsons and Helmuth have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and commitment to the growth and success of Sancon. Executive Ryan Graham noted, “Chuck and Ryan are both exceptional leaders who have played pivotal roles in Sancon's long-term success. Their operational experience and dedication to our mission make them ideally suited to guide us into this next phase of growth.”

This sentiment is echoed by Vellano, who remarked on the lasting impact both leaders have had on Sancon's trajectory. Their promotions symbolize Vortex's commitment to leadership continuity while ensuring a robust internal culture that fosters growth alongside those who have contributed to the company’s success thus far.
