The anticipated completion date for the project is set for early 2027, reflecting IRG’s commitment to rapid development and efficiency in meeting client needs.

The Auburn location is not just about space; it offers strategic advantages with its positioning between the Ports of Tacoma and Seattle, providing accessibility via Interstate 5. Enhance logistics capabilities are assured, as the area is dual rail-serviced by BNSF and Union Pacific, with the BNSF main switching yard conveniently located across the street. Furthermore, the site comes equipped with ample surplus yard and parking, robust power infrastructure, and heavy-duty slab floors, which are essential for manufacturing operations.
Since acquiring the property from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in 2022, IRG has been proactive in improving the existing facilities and removing obsolete structures to create development-ready spaces, ensuring a faster time-to-market for new tenants. Currently, over 1 million square feet of space is ready for lease, with an option to expand to 1.3 million square feet as business needs grow.
