Arcfield's Charitable Efforts in 2024
Arcfield, a prominent provider of government technology and mission support, is set to end the year with nearly
$420,000 in charitable contributions, exemplifying a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). This includes the launch of a community-giving microgrant program and strategic partnerships with organizations like
Susan G. Komen and the
Boulder Crest Foundation.
The company's CSR initiatives revolve around three core areas: advancing
STEM education, supporting
veterans and military families, and promoting community health and resilience. In 2024, Arcfield will support more than
10 organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Notable partnerships include contributions to the
Space Foundation,
Hero Dogs, and
STEM for Her Day.
A significant highlight of Arcfield's giving is its commitment to sponsor the
2025 Komen DMV Tri-State MORE THAN PINK Walk, alongside a new alliance with Boulder Crest Foundation. These contributions, reaching six figures, underline Arcfield's dedication to enhancing health and well-being in its operating communities.
Janet Brewer, Arcfield’s Chief People Officer and executive sponsor of the program, expressed the essence of their giving: "Change happens when we show up for communities—both near and far—in ways that truly matter." The company pursues collaboration with both national organizations and grassroots entities, organizing efforts that reflect the values and passions of its employees. Brewer emphasized that their achievements this year illustrate the impact of collective effort driven by purpose and empathy.
In addition to large-scale initiatives, Arcfield launched its
Community Giving Microgrant Program, empowering employees to nominate local grassroots organizations for funding. This year,
20 organizations, including
Food & Friends,
LAWS Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services,
Little Shop of Physics, and the
Operator Relief Fund, received grants of
$1,000 each. This program is designed to align the company’s philanthropy with the communities where its employees live and work, ensuring the funds make a real difference in local areas. Going forward, the microgrant program will continue to provide support annually.
Kevin Kelly, Arcfield's Chairman and CEO, stated about the microgrant initiative, "It goes beyond just giving money—it's about strengthening our community's foundation." He added, "From fostering the next generation of STEM leaders to honoring military families, we strive to create meaningful and lasting impacts that extend beyond our mission services."
Arcfield’s approach to charitable giving combines grassroots initiatives with national programs, creating a holistic CSR strategy. As the company looks forward, it’s committed to amplifying its philanthropic efforts, broadening its impact, and nurturing innovation, service, and a culture of giving. By embedding these values into its corporate DNA, Arcfield aspires to set an example for how companies can contribute positively and significantly to society.
