This site, known as PNK Waterford, covers more than 53 acres and is strategically located in the city of Waterford, Camden County. The transaction was finalized in June 2025, marking another important milestone in PNK Group's ongoing growth within the state.

The company plans to construct an impressive industrial facility that spans approximately 270,000 square feet, which will enhance the regional logistics and industrial framework significantly. The framework for this development is a part of a long-term 20-year Payment In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) program, providing enticing tax incentives for future tenants and users of the site.
