Japan Bed Manufacturing Launches Luxurious "Millionaire" Mattress to Celebrate 100th Anniversary

A New Era of Comfort: The Launch of the "Millionaire" Mattress

Japan Bed Manufacturing Co., Ltd., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, has announced an exciting addition to its product lineup as part of their celebration of 100 years in business. The new luxury mattress, aptly named "Millionaire," is set to hit the market on August 18, 2026. This flagship model not only represents a milestone in the company's history but also its commitment to providing top-notch sleeping experiences.

Setting New Standards in Mattress Technology

The "Millionaire" mattress stands out with a remarkable thickness of 33 cm, making it the thickest mattress ever produced by Japan Bed. This achievement is primarily due to the innovative use of a new 180mm high spring system, a first in the market, which offers both unprecedented comfort and support. The mattress incorporates a unique arrangement of a "Chidori" inter-silk spring support layer combined with high-density, high-elasticity urethane in the comfort layer. This thoughtful combination allows for deep sinking while providing substantial body support, resulting in a luxurious sleep experience that epitomizes comfort and quality.

The outer covering of the mattress features a stylish blend of knit and jacquard fabrics, utilizing Tencel and wool quilted filling. The intricate design not only offers visual appeal but also enhances the overall luxurious presence of the mattress in any bedroom setting.

Customizable Sleep Solutions

What truly sets the "Millionaire" apart is its versatile design. The mattress is built around a series structure that includes a pillow-top mattress, an additional topper, and a dedicated bottom. The topper, measuring 10 cm in thickness, is made with soft wool quilted into the filling, adding extra comfort without compromising on stability. The topper can be securely attached to the mattress, ensuring that it remains perfectly in place during use.

The mattress's bottom features a bead pocket spring design, coupled with a jacquard cover that aligns with the mattress's aesthetic. Customers have the flexibility to purchase each component separately, allowing them to tailor their setup according to personal preferences and bedroom decor.

Specialized Bedding for an Elevated Experience

Given the significant height of the "Millionaire," conventional fitted sheets would not suffice. To cater to this, Japan Bed has introduced specially designed box sheets available in various styles, such as Ciel Plain, Ciel Stripe, and Nebel, specifically made to accommodate the mattress's thickness. Two heights are available: 42 cm for the mattress alone and 57 cm when including the topper. Additionally, a compatible bed pad is also offered, ensuring that users can maximize the mattress's quality and performance.
