Boone's extensive experience in the business sector makes her a stellar addition to the board, where she will also take the role of Chairperson of the newly created audit committee.

Karen Boone is no stranger to significant leadership roles, having previously served as the Interim Co-CEO and Co-President of Peloton Interactive, Inc., a well-known Fortune 500 company. Boone has been a vital part of Peloton's Board since January 2019, even holding the position of Chairperson from May 2022 until May 2024, during which she also chaird the Audit Committee. Her expertise in corporate governance and finance runs deep, making her an invaluable asset to CoreWeave as they navigate the complexities of the AI and cloud solutions market.

Before her impactful tenure at Peloton, Boone acted as the President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Restoration Hardware, Inc., a prominent home furnishings brand. Her 15-year career at Deloitte Touche LLP concluded with her role as an Audit Partner, fortifying her financial acumen. Boone's board memberships extend beyond Peloton, as she is currently on the boards of Sonos, Inc., Rivian Automotive, Inc., and various private enterprises.
