Exciting Collaboration of Fashion and Tradition
On October 25, 2025, Happo-en, a comprehensive production company located in Minato City, Tokyo, is set to announce an exclusive collaboration between the renowned fashion brand
TOMO KOIZUMI and their in-house bridal brand,
The Bridal Boutique KOTOHOGI by HAPPO-EN. The highlight of this collaboration is a stunning wedding dress collection inspired by the luxurious member-only spaces within the venue, CLUB FLOOR, specifically the STUDIO KOKU and HALL HAKU.
This one-of-a-kind dress will be available uniquely for clients who will be holding their wedding ceremonies and receptions at Happo-en after April 2026. It promises to create a distinctly memorable experience for couples dressed in these exclusive designs.
Inspired Creations from CLUB FLOOR
Happo-en has undergone significant renovations and reopened its doors in October 2025, introducing the CLUB FLOOR, which offers an elite service available exclusively to members of CLUB HAPPO-EN. This member-only area comprises two exquisite banquet halls, STUDIO KOKU adorned in black tones, and HALL HAKU in beautiful whites, along with a lounge and bar that provide breathtaking views of the expansive Japanese garden. This environment aims to deliver exceptional experiences and memorable moments for guests.
The collaboration between TOMO KOIZUMI and KOTOHOGI results in two unique looks named HAKU and KOKU. These dresses draw inspiration from the opulent banqueting venues, fusing contemporary design with the rich history of Japan.
The KOKU Dress
The KOKU dress features a captivating gradient frill moving from white to black, crafted with a meticulously structured pattern that radiates elegance. The bodice, woven with gold thread in the
Kanto style, adds a regal touch, while the frills can be adjusted at the décolletage and shoulder to cater to individual preferences.
The HAKU Dress
In contrast, the HAKU dress showcases TOMO KOIZUMI's signature frill design, primarily in white, accented with grey fabric to add depth and sophistication. The bodice is crafted from traditional
Zennouji weaving, a technique passed down for over 1300 years in Kyoto, featuring silver embroidery depicting camellias that exude a fantastical charm. Like the KOKU dress, adjustments can be made to personalize the styling of the frills.
TOMO KOIZUMI’s Wedding Dress Collection
In addition, TOMO KOIZUMI is set to debut their first-ever wedding dress collection in November 2025, featuring dresses that incorporate sequins and vintage kimono fabrics, resulting in dresses that capture TOMO KOIZUMI's unique aesthetic. The designs will be made available through
KOTOHOGI in conjunction with bookings at Happo-en's CLUB FLOOR for wedding ceremonies and receptions proceeding from April 2026.
