Huawei Connect Europe 2025: Shaping a Greener and Intelligent Future

Huawei Connect Europe 2025: A Leap Towards Greener Intelligence

On November 4, 2025, a significant gathering took place in Madrid, marking the 10th edition of Huawei Connect Europe. This year's theme, "All Intelligence, Greener Europe," drew experts, industry leaders, and Huawei partners from across the globe to explore the intertwined destinies of artificial intelligence (AI) and eco-friendly technologies in the digital transformation of Europe.

David Wang, Huawei’s Executive Director, emphasized that the intelligent world is approaching faster than anticipated. He asserted that technologies like AI, 5G, and green energy would revolutionize various sectors, including education, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, creating numerous growth opportunities by transforming business logic and service models. According to Mr. Wang, in just five years, AI alone will add a staggering $22.3 trillion to the global economy.

Looking ahead, Wang highlighted that the next decade is pivotal for Europe's dual transformation—digital and ecological. He assured that Huawei remains fully committed to supporting this mission, with a focus on the motto "In Europe, For Europe." This dedication is backed by Huawei's extensive network of R&D centers, innovation labs, manufacturing bases, and supply chain centers, all aimed at fostering local innovations that assist European clients in transitioning to digital and green technologies.

Collaboration for a Sustainable Europe

Leo Chen, Huawei’s Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, echoed this sentiment, stating the goal is to bolster the continent's digital and intelligent transformation through technological innovations, partner ecosystem development, and talent cultivation. Chen emphasized that together, they can build a smarter and more sustainable Europe.

Moreover, he highlighted Huawei’s commitment to delivering flagship products and solutions that empower enterprises to establish their digital infrastructure. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Huawei introduced innovative solutions like the HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N, tackling scenarios such as smart offices, smart business, intelligent education, and smart healthcare. These solutions are designed to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and propel the development of an intelligent world.

To strengthen partnerships, Huawei also launched the SHAPE 2.0 program to enhance collaboration with local partners across Europe. This upgraded version of last year's SHAPE initiative aims to support distributors in providing tailored solutions and services to their customers.

In the realm of talent development, Huawei has collaborated with universities and established partnerships to nurture talents and enhance local community value through the Huawei ICT Academies, co-laboratories, and certification programs.

The event was graced by various prestigious guests who shared insights on digital and green transformation strategies in Europe.
