The award valued entries from two major departments: J-Pop and Enka/Kayo Songs. The eligibility for the award was based on the song’s popularity among karaoke enthusiasts, showing how many times it was sung in karaoke establishments during the collection period, which spanned from March 13 to May 12, 2025.
