GoodWe Unveils Revolutionary Warm Home All-in-One Solution in the UK

Transforming the UK Housing Sector with GoodWe

On May 6, 2026, GoodWe launched its innovative Warm Home All-in-One Solution at an event in London, attended by almost 150 industry leaders and experts. This comprehensive solution integrates solar power, storage, electric vehicle (EV) charging, heating, and intelligent energy management into a single system, streamlining access to clean energy and reducing energy costs for homeowners.

A New Era of Energy Consumption

The Warm Home Plan in the UK aims to turn residences into active energy producers rather than mere consumers. During the event, Daniel Huang, the founder and CEO of GoodWe, emphasized the need to reimagine homes as Energy Prosumers, capable of both generating and managing their own energy.

Markus A. W. Hoehner, founder and CEO of EUPD Group, also spoke about the increasing demand for residential solar energy in the UK. He noted that the market is set up for quicker adoption of solar and battery storage, with most providers now offering these solutions as standard packages for households. The UK government has announced a £15 billion Warm Home Plan, aiming to modernize up to 5 million homes by 2030. Of this, approximately £5 billion is allocated for fully funded renovation packages for low-income households. The remaining funds will support subsidized loans, enabling wider adoption of solar panels, batteries, and heat pumps.

The Warm Home All-in-One Solution

GoodWe's solution includes photovoltaic building materials (PVBM), inverters, energy storage systems like the ESA series, EV chargers, heat pumps, and smart management systems—all designed to address key needs in the UK residential solar market. The system allows for a remarkable 70% self-consumption rate, significantly reducing energy bills and emissions.

To cater to diverse local housing conditions, GoodWe also offers compact micro-storage solutions for social housing and smaller homes, facilitating easy access to clean energy with minimal hassle. The company’s unified approach, encapsulated in the slogan “One System, One Supplier, One Service,” simplifies the installation process and reduces compatibility issues for contractors. This results in a smoother operation and a more reliable system for homeowners.

The Energy Storage System ESA

At the core of this innovative solution is the ESA All-in-One energy storage system, which combines a solar inverter with modular batteries and an intelligent energy management system. Designed according to GoodWe's
