Tokyo Women’s Future Forum 2026

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is excited to announce the upcoming Tokyo Women’s Future Forum 2026, taking place on January 26, 2026. This significant event will be held at the Tokyo International Forum and aims to encourage a cultural shift towards the empowerment of women and the promotion of diversity in management. Recognizing the need for active engagement, the initiative is part of the broader Women in Action (WA) movement, which seeks to cultivate an environment where women can thrive not just in Tokyo but throughout Japan. This forum will serve as a platform for implementing a joint declaration by company leaders and will feature workshops beneficial for business executives and enlightening seminars aimed at aspiring female entrepreneurs.
