Gracianna Winery Introduces New Spring Vintages: A Bold Step Forward for 2025
Gracianna Winery: A New Era of Winemaking
As the world transitions from 2024 to 2025, Gracianna Winery in Sonoma County is celebrating significant achievements and the exciting unveiling of its Spring vintages. The winery has recently enjoyed remarkable success at prestigious wine competitions, including the award of "Best of Show – Red" for its 2023 Westside Reserve Pinot Noir at the Fall Sonoma County Harvest Fair. This accolade underscores Gracianna's commitment to quality and craftsmanship in winemaking.
Accompanying this award-winning Pinot Noir, Gracianna is poised to release the 2021 Gracianna Stagecoach Vineyard® Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Garnering recognition with a Gold Medal at both the 2024 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and the 2024 Sommeliers Choice Awards, this Cabernet Sauvignon is celebrated for its deep, dark color and complex flavor profile. Notes of black cherry, blackberry, coffee, and hints of tobacco blend harmoniously, creating a full-bodied wine that showcases the vineyard's distinct terroir.
Stagecoach Vineyard, notable for being the largest contiguous plot of vines in Napa Valley, boasts a unique climate that is ideal for grape growing. The meticulous farming practices employed at Gracianna ensure that only the finest fruit is harvested, contributing to the award-winning status of their wines. The vineyard’s dramatic topography, paired with meticulous vineyard management, culminates in grapes that many top-tier wineries hope to source yearly.
In addition to the Cabernet Sauvignon, Gracianna is also launching its innovative 2023 Lutèce Merlot—a first for the winery. Named after the medieval term for Paris, this wine not only pays homage to the family legacy of co-owner Trini Amador but also marks a significant step for Gracianna as it expands its varietal offerings. The Lutèce Merlot has already achieved a Gold Medal at the 2025 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and Double Gold at the 2024 Sonoma County Harvest Fair, establishing itself in the competitive market.
Founded in 2005, Gracianna Winery honors the dream of Trini Amador's great-grandmother from the French Basque region, who aspired to reach America. Each wine produced at Gracianna is a tribute to gratitude, embodying the spirit of thanks for life's journeys and experiences that led to this venture.
As Gracianna Winery prepares for its seasonal reopening on April 1st, wine enthusiasts can look forward to experiencing the depth and character of its latest releases, a testament to the artistry and passion behind every bottle. Nestled on the Miracle Mile of Westside Road in Healdsburg, CA, Gracianna's Tasting Room invites guests to partake in this journey of flavor and tradition. With a vision that emphasizes fruit-forward wines crafted with care, Gracianna Winery continues to solidify its place in the landscape of acclaimed winemaking, offering both visitors and collectors a reason to appreciate and celebrate every sip.
Gracianna’s wines are not merely beverages; they are meaningful contributions to the world of viticulture, inviting all who taste them to acknowledge the myriad blessings in life, whether big or small.
