Free Online Seminar on M&A Changes Due to Minimum Taxation Scheduled for April 2026

Upcoming Free Online Seminar: M&A Changes Due to Minimum Taxation

On April 21, 2026, Strike, a prominent M&A brokerage firm located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, will host a free online seminar titled "Changes in M&A Due to Strengthened Minimum Taxation." This seminar is tailored for business owners and their families, focusing on the impending impact of enhanced taxation regulations on M&A activities.

Understanding the Seminar

As of January 1, 2027, the regulations surrounding minimum taxation, particularly affecting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, will be significantly strengthened. This change could lead to increased tax burdens on capital gains from M&A transactions. With M&A becoming increasingly intricate under these new regulations, this seminar aims to equip attendees with essential insights from tax experts specializing in M&A.

During the online session, participants will hear from experienced professionals in the field, including tax accountants who will elucidate the details of the new system and highlight key points that business leaders must be aware of to navigate these changes effectively. This is a must-attend event for those considering M&A activities.
