By utilizing delivery services, customers can access their storage without the need to physically visit a trunk room; they can request pick-up and delivery from any location through a user-friendly app or website. This convenience has attracted over 130,000 users in just 10 years, with the total number of stored boxes exceeding 1 million.

Sumally Pocket provides a subscription-based delivery storage service starting from just ¥330 (tax included) per month. Users simply pack their items into dedicated boxes for shipping. The service offers plans allowing users to manage their items through photographs taken by staff or organize them by box. In 2022, new plans were introduced to accommodate larger items such as suitcases and golf bags. Options for cleaning and recycling services have also been expanded based on customer feedback, catering to a broad range of needs.

All items entrusted to Sumally Pocket are safely stored in climate-controlled and secure warehouses, in partnership with Terada Warehouse and Mitsubishi Warehouse. A proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS) launched in 2021 enhances operational flexibility and scalability. This ensures that not only are all items kept in optimal conditions, but they are also readily accessible when needed.
