Sayari Appoints Chris Brazdziunas as CTO to Enhance Global Transparency

Sayari Names Chris Brazdziunas as Chief Technology Officer

In a notable move towards strengthening corporate transparency, Sayari, the leading transparency company, has announced the appointment of Chris Brazdziunas as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over two decades of experience in technology, Brazdziunas is set to drive innovations that provide organizations with actionable insights into corporate ownership, trade activities, and associated risks.

Brazdziunas, a seasoned software professional, has a proven track record in leading global research and development (R&D) teams. Her role at Sayari will primarily focus on expanding the company’s technological capabilities, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI) and data visualization. As the demand for transparency grows, especially in complex corporate and trade networks, her leadership will be critical in ensuring that Sayari continues to meet the evolving needs of both public and private sectors.

"Chris brings an ideal mix of technical vision and proven execution to drive Sayari's next phase of growth," stated Farley Mesko, CEO and Co-founder of Sayari. He highlighted her previous successes in building scalable data platforms and cultivating engineering teams, which will enhance Sayari's offerings, making them essential tools for navigating global regulations and geopolitical challenges.

Before joining Sayari, Brazdziunas held pivotal roles at Securonix, where she was instrumental in advancing their SaaS-based Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, gaining traction among Fortune 500 companies. Her past experiences also include executive positions at Bitdefender and ThreatX, where she developed next-generation cybersecurity solutions. As the Vice President of Product at LogRhythm, she led innovations that significantly contributed to the company’s growth, culminating in its successful acquisition by Thoma Bravo.

Upon her appointment, Brazdziunas expressed her enthusiasm about joining Sayari, noting, “This is a unique opportunity to align innovation with real-world impact. We are developing solutions that not only assist organizations in managing complex regulatory risks but also promote ethical business practices globally. Leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, we empower organizations to transform public data into valuable intelligence, reinforcing decision-making and fostering much-needed transparency in global commerce.”

Brazdziunas joins Sayari at a crucial juncture as the company expands its influence in global transparency. In 2024, Sayari launched significant enhancements to its platform, Sayari Graph, introducing advanced analytics for corporate structures and beneficial ownership. Additionally, the company unveiled two new solutions—Sayari Map and Sayari Signal—that are designed to detect non-obvious risks and facilitate smarter decision-making in trade.

Founded in Washington, D.C., Sayari aims to empower organizations by providing immediate visibility into complex commercial relationships. With a decade of customer-centric innovation, the company has developed the largest commercially available collection of trade and public data. Its products leverage this data to foster risk resilience and enable sound business decisions across various sectors. Sayari's tools are trusted by regulators and entities in over 35 countries, further solidifying its role as a vital player in the transparency landscape.

As Sayari continues to navigate the evolving space of corporate transparency, Brazdziunas’ appointment marks a strategic initiative to enhance its technological foundation and customer offerings, ensuring that transparency remains at the forefront of global commerce.
