Ecosuite and Ecogy Energy Join Forces for Groundbreaking DC Grid Modernization Pilot
In a significant move towards modernizing energy systems, Ecosuite, a forefront player in grid-interactive software, has teamed up with Ecogy Energy for an innovative pilot project in Washington, D.C. This collaboration comes as part of the District of Columbia Public Service Commission's (DCPSC) Solar Aggregation and Advanced Inverter Pilot Project. The project is being executed in partnership with PEPCO, the region’s electric service provider and Exelon subsidiary. It is also overseen by a diverse Governance Board, which includes representatives from the community, environmental groups, and industry stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to local energy needs and sustainability objectives.
