Kehua Unveils Next-Generation EV Charging Technologies at Power2Drive Europe 2026
Kehua Unveils Cutting-Edge EV Charging Solutions at Power2Drive Europe 2026
At the recently held Power2Drive Europe 2026 in Munich, Shenzhen Kehua, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment, presented an impressive array of state-of-the-art charging solutions designed for the global market. As a subsidiary of Kehua Group, the company has committed to delivering innovative charging technologies that meet the demands of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
One of the standout technologies showcased was the 800kW distributed charging system, which is set to revolutionize high-power charging for electric fleets. With a power capacity supporting dual-cabinet expansion up to 1.6 MW, this system is compatible with various charging configurations, accommodating both air and liquid cooling systems, and offers a wide current output range from 250A to 1500A. This flexibility allows it to be deployed across diverse high-power charging scenarios, including for passenger cars, commercial fleets, electric trucks, and even electric aircraft.
High-Efficiency and Reliability
The 800kW system doesn't just boast high power; it's engineered for optimal efficiency and reliability. It achieves 96.5% peak efficiency and maintains full power output even at temperatures up to 50°C. It is also equipped with rigorous protective features, including IP55 C4-H protection against harsh environmental conditions and a comprehensive safety architecture comprising over 100 protection mechanisms. This means operators can confidently rely on Kehua’s technology to deliver safe and consistent charging services.
To enhance user experience, the system has been engineered with noise reduction features through an optimized airflow design. Furthermore, scenario-based intelligent charging strategies allow the system to operate with enhanced efficiency throughout the day by dynamically adjusting between power optimization modes according to real-time vehicle demand. By night, it transitions into centralized balanced charging to optimize power distribution further.
Standalone DC Charger Portfolio
In addition to the distributed charging system, Kehua presented its standalone DC charger lineup, which supports both passenger and commercial vehicle applications. These chargers, ranging from 60-180 kW and 240-400 kW, are built for global deployment. They demonstrate exceptional resilience in extreme conditions, maintaining operational reliability across a temperature range of -30°C to 55°C without derating, even in severe environments typical of regions such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
With an impressive 38 years of expertise in power electronics and a dedicated team of over 1,000 R&D engineers, Kehua continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in EV charging solutions. From ultra-fast chargers to integrated PV-ESS-Charging systems, Kehua’s commitment to innovation remains unwavering.
This cutting-edge showcase at Power2Drive Europe 2026 signifies Kehua's dedication to advancing EV infrastructure, paving the way for a more sustainable and efficient future in electric mobility.
Kehua is poised to play a pivotal role as the demand for electric vehicle charging solutions grows, ensuring that operators worldwide can rely on their technology to meet the challenges of tomorrow's transportation landscape.
