Awaji Digital Innovation Camp 2025

On August 8, 2025, Circlace Inc., a company dedicated to supporting corporate growth through digital solutions, collaborated with Pasona Group and welcomed Mr. Munehisa Hashidume from Kanadevia Inc. to host the second 'Awaji Digital Innovation Camp' on Awaji Island.

In the initial segment of the meeting, Pasona Group presented ongoing initiatives focused on regional revitalization, which led to discussions encompassing the significance of addressing social issues as part of corporate operations. While Pasona Group focuses on leveraging human resources for societal problem-solving, Kanadevia uses its technological expertise to tackle these challenges. A notable example of Kanadevia's commitment is its global track record of implementing over 1,500 waste incineration power facilities, embodying its mission of harmonizing humanity with nature through technology.

The latter part of the meeting highlighted Mr. Hashidume's insights regarding internal transformations at Kanadevia. He stated, "In various internal business processes, we aim to enhance efficiency and productivity by applying AI and digital technologies to labor-intensive tasks. While we intend to leverage our resources, we recognize the need for collaboration with partners like Circlace for successful implementation."

Circlace introduced its innovative outsourcing service, known as "AIO," which integrates its proprietary technology and AI capabilities with Pasona Group's BPO services. There were discussions on the potential application of this service within Kanadevia in the future.
