Are you passionate about handwritten culture? Hallmark Japan is excited to announce the recruitment for the third phase of the "Hallmark Ambassador" program, starting on May 12, 2025. This program invites you to explore the delightful world of Hallmark products, including greeting cards and stationery, while sharing your findings and creative ideas with others.

About the Hallmark Ambassador Program

The Hallmark Ambassador Program was first introduced in 2021, and in the subsequent years, a total of 10 enthusiastic individuals participated, sharing their love for stationery and handwritten notes. With the reopening of the program, we are eager to welcome a new cohort of ambassadors who will help promote the unique charm of Hallmark products.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for individuals who resonate with the following descriptions:

• - Regular users of Hallmark products.
• - Lovers of writing greeting cards and letters.
• - People who cherish the warmth of handwritten communication.
• - Those skilled at sharing information through photos, videos, and text on social media platforms.

Program Overview

Activity Period

• - From June 2025 to June 2026.

Responsibilities

• - Social Media Posts: As an ambassador, you will receive Hallmark products every month or two. You will be expected to share photos and videos showcasing their features and your usage examples on your social media once a month or more.
• - Product Surveys: Participation in product feedback surveys may be required.
• - Content Collaboration: Your insights may be needed when creating content for our official social media or website.

• - The opportunity for your posts to be featured on official Hallmark social media and website.

(Posts may be reposted or co-edited on social media platforms like Instagram)

Recruitment Details

Application Period

• - From May 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM to May 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Note that if there are too many applicants, we may select a few candidates.

Number of Ambassadors

• - We aim to recruit a maximum of 10 ambassadors.

Eligibility Criteria

• - Must agree to the responsibilities outlined above.
• - Residents of Japan aged 18 or over.
• - Proficient in Japanese reading and writing (English or other languages are not required).
• - Must have a public X or Instagram account (private accounts are not eligible).
• - Ability to communicate via DM or email as required.
• - Agree not to criticize other companies' products.
• - Must be able to register as a member of the Hallmark official online store.
• - Willingness to cooperate in promotional activities.

Note: Current ambassadors for other companies can also apply but should confirm compatibility with their own company's policies.

Announcement of Selected Applicants

• - The results will be communicated via direct message or email by May 30, 2025.

Important Notes

• - Applications intended for resale or auction will be immediately disqualified.
• - If no posts are made within two months of receiving products, future supplies will cease.
• - Any associated communication costs will be the applicant's responsibility.
• - Rights are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• - Further inquiries about selection results will not be entertained.
