CREVIA Thanks Festa 2026: A Day of Celebration
On March 8, 2026, the Tokyo International Forum in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, welcomed around 600 residents and contract holders for the much-anticipated event, 'CREVIA Thanks Festa 2026.' Organized by Itochu Urban Development, Itochu Housing, and Itochu Urban Community, this event aimed to deepen the connection and appreciation that participants feel towards the CREVIA brand and its ideals of housing.

This year marked the third consecutive hosting of the event, achieving the highest attendance to date with nearly 600 participants. Feedback from attendees highlighted an overwhelming satisfaction rate, with about 96% indicating they were either satisfied or very satisfied, and a remarkable 99% expressing interest in attending future events. The success of 'CREVIA Thanks Festa 2026' truly showcases the brand's strong community ties and loyalty among its residents.
Diverse Programs for Personal Expression
During the event, a variety of engaging activities were offered, including a stage presentation by the popular entertainer Ken Nishimura, who led a family-friendly muscle training session. This was complemented by numerous interactive workshops that embodied the six promises of CREVIA's approach to living. Participants were able to experience cutting-edge AR technology through the ‘HADO’ activity, engage in an AI interaction corner where they could converse with their drawings, take part in a caricature booth, create leather crafts from upcycled materials, make their own Kamakura crafts, and enjoy socializing at the 'Café CREVIA.'
Specialized sessions for home consultations were improved this year, attracting many participants eager to discuss their living situations. Guests left the event with commemorative gifts, cementing a sense of gratitude and celebration.

As concerns around health increase, the event featured Ken Nishimura’s simple home workout routines designed for those who struggle with regular exercise. His engaging and enjoyable approach resonated well with attendees, evident from the enthusiastic participation in his fitness workshop.

In follow-up surveys, about 98% of participants indicated they would recommend CREVIA to their friends and family. A similar percentage expressed feelings of affection and familiarity towards the brand.
