A Taste of Fukuoka in Tokyo: NINJA SPEED™ Limited Collaboration

Tokyo will soon be introducing a unique culinary experience as NINJA SPEED™, the fast-food sushi brand developed by the Mitsukan Group and Hata Group, launches its second collaboration with Fukuoka City. This limited-time menu will be available from January 15 to January 29, 2026.

Fresh Ingredients from Fukuoka

This initiative features a range of high-quality local ingredients from Fukuoka City, which prides itself on its culinary heritage. All menu items will include seaweed sourced from Meihama, the only region in Japan where cultivation practices happen on the Japan Sea side, as well as rice from Wakiyama, known for its historical significance of being served to the imperial family.

In addition, the menu will showcase special items featuring Sawara (Spanish mackerel), which is in season during winter. With its fine fat composition and delicate flavor, Sawara caught in Fukuoka will add a distinctive touch to these sushi offerings. NINJA SPEED™ specializes in serving freshly made sushi rolls, providing customers with the chance to savor the essence of Fukuoka's culinary delights in the heart of Tokyo.
