'Spring Fragrant Unagi Fukagawa Rice', which features a delicious combination of seasonal
asari clams steamed to perfection atop a bed of flavorful Fukagawa rice, crowned with expertly grilled unagi. This dish remains true to its roots by allowing the natural flavors of the asari to shine through without the addition of sauces, making it a fresh and light option for the season. Complementing the main dish is a side of
nanohana (rape blossoms), adding vibrant colors and tastes to the meal.
In the restaurant, diners can opt for the
'Unagi Fukagawa Rice Gozen' that pairs the main dish with a refreshing cherry blossom soup and sakura dumplings, presenting a complete spring experience. Meanwhile, takeout customers will find the
'Unagi Fukagawa Rice Ju' in specially designed containers for their convenience.
Side Dish: For those interested in lighter fare, the
