HUNTINGTON, N.Y., April 16, 2026 - URS Capital Partners, known for its multifamily real estate investments, has announced notable developments in its portfolio during the first quarter of 2026. The firm successfully executed two acquisitions while also concluding the sale of Belmont Heights, a community consisting of 176 units situated in the Charlotte metropolitan region. These transactions underscore URS's disciplined strategy for growth and careful capital allocation amid a turbulent multifamily market.

In January 2024, URS acquired Belmont Heights, marking its initial investment following a significant market reset. The property demonstrated resilience, consistently generating strong operating cash flow and notable net operating income growth throughout its holding period, attributed to strategic asset management and effective operational practices. After nearly two years, the decision to sell Belmont Heights in April 2026 resulted in impressive risk-adjusted returns, reinforcing URS's investment thesis in a recovering market environment.

These acquisitions align closely with URS’s strategic goals and long-term investment vision. Notably, since the market reset, URS has successfully acquired 10 properties, maintaining a selective focus on quality assets situated in resilient submarkets.
