Huawei Unveils Fintelligent AI Solution to Empower Global Financial Institutions

During the recent HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 event, Huawei hosted the Global Financial Summit, showcasing its innovative Fintelligent AI Solution aimed at transforming the financial landscape. Jason Cao, the CEO of Huawei's Digital Finance Division, emphasized in his keynote speech that the future of finance is firmly rooted in personalized artificial intelligence. This new offering is tailored to help financial institutions navigate the challenges of deploying AI on a large scale, particularly in security, scalability, and sustainability.

The Fintelligent AI Solution focuses on creating a robust ecosystem for financial institutions. It introduces the openJiuwen platform, designed specifically for the financial sector, allowing institutions to build their own AI capabilities while ensuring effective collaboration among various agents. This comprehensive system is supported by three state-of-the-art factories: the Agent Factory, Token Factory, and Data-Knowledge Factory. Each component plays a crucial role in enabling financial entities to develop, manage, and enhance their AI strategies efficiently.

The Agent Factory is dedicated to facilitating the widespread deployment of AI across financial institutions. It aims to transform isolated AI applications into a cohesive enterprise system that can be managed more effectively. This shift not only improves operational efficiency but also encourages the reuse and central management of AI assets.

Meanwhile, the Token Factory focuses on optimizing the management of digital tokens throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that financial entities can balance performance with sustainable practices. The Data-Knowledge Factory is pivotal in transforming raw banking data into actionable insights, allowing AI agents to gain deeper understandings and make informed decisions.

In his address, Jason Cao raised a compelling point about the evolution of competition in the financial AI sector, highlighting that it is progressively moving beyond mere model capacity towards comprehensive enterprise AI systems. "Every financial institution should possess its own artificial intelligence and take charge of selecting and developing AI according to its needs," he stated. This philosophy underscores Huawei’s approach: enabling institutions to not just use AI but truly own and innovate with it.

As part of enhancing the customer experience, Huawei also introduced the TokeNexus solution, designed to streamline token operations. This robust framework encompasses token planning, efficient production, intelligent scheduling, and global optimization, thereby simplifying the token management process for financial firms. This integrated management system allows institutions to scale their AI implementations while maintaining dependable performance and cost efficiency.

The Data-Knowledge Factory stands out as it facilitates the transformation of banking data, documents, and regulatory frameworks into knowledge that AI agents can comprehend and apply, enabling banks to build a distinctive domain intelligence over time. Furthermore, Huawei presented its Financial Agentic Data Solution at the summit, which aims to provide high-quality data and knowledge streams to financial agents, thus ensuring valuable insights continuously flow through the organization.

Cao also talked about the AI Coding Solution, a tool that applies ontological approaches to interpret valuable business rules embedded within legacy system codes, transforming them into reusable knowledge assets that AI can leverage.

This initiative signifies Huawei's commitment to the financial industry, having served over 7,100 customers across more than 80 countries, including 54 of the world’s 100 largest banks over the past 16 years. The launch of the Fintelligent AI Solution marks a significant step forward in redefining the future of intelligent banking, promising to equip financial institutions with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly digitized world.
