In June 2025, from the 19th to the 20th, Aoyama in Tokyo will be transformed into a culinary hub. The Neighbors Food Market, an event that aims to connect local food producers and brands with retailers and restaurants, will be held at Spiral Hall in Minato Ward. This marks the second installment of the event, following its successful debut last year.

The Neighbors Food Market promises to bring together a diverse array of food manufacturers and producers from all over Japan. Attendees will have the incredible opportunity to discover products that celebrate the authentic taste of ingredients, with an emphasis on sustainable and environmentally friendly production methods. Small to medium-sized producers and acclaimed food brands will showcase their offerings, allowing buyers from retail and the restaurant industry to explore the richness of Japanese cuisine.

The two-day event is designed to facilitate not just transactions but also meaningful conversations. Participants will engage in discussions about the stories behind the products that can't be captured online, exploring the aspirations of both producers and sellers as they envision the future of food together. Attendees will also have the chance to taste ingredients right on-site.
