AIS and Medical Force Collaboration
In a pioneering move to improve healthcare delivery, AIS Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ubicom Holdings, has officially entered into an OEM agreement with Medical Force Co., Ltd. This partnership will allow AIS to integrate its innovative product,
Mighty QUBE® Hybrid, with Medical Force's cloud-based electronic medical record system,
medicalforce, starting July 29, 2025. This collaboration aims to bolster medical insurance capabilities across diverse clinics, including those specializing in cosmetic surgery and gynecology.
Background and Future Outlook
Medical Force's
medicalforce is celebrated for centralizing operations of various clinics, making it ideal for practices in diverse fields of medicine. With a robust cloud infrastructure, it has gained traction among about 600 clinics nationwide. Notably, in February 2024,
medicalforce is expected to enhance its offerings by integrating with Japan's Medical Association's cloud-based
WebORCA software, significantly upgrading its medical insurance function.
As the healthcare landscape evolves to increasingly incorporate combined medical practices, AIS's
Mighty QUBE® Hybrid serves as an advanced solution, backed by over 30 years of healthcare data and AI technology. This powerful tool allows medical professionals to derive potential diagnoses in real-time based on input data relating to prescriptions, injections, and test orders, thus mitigating risks of medical errors such as misprescribing or missed diagnoses. The integration of this sophisticated functionality into
medicalforce is projected to catalyze improvements in healthcare safety and efficiency while supporting significant reforms in medical practices and clinic management.
This OEM model follows a previous agreement with Medical Informatics Co., Ltd. for their home-care-centric cloud electronic medical record system,
homis, scheduled for launch in 2024. Recognizing the diverse needs of healthcare, AIS intends to broaden the application of
Mighty QUBE® Hybrid across different medical fields to enhance service provision.
Looking ahead, AIS targets an ambitious average annual revenue growth of 116% from FY2025 to FY2027 within the existing and prospective user base of
medicalforce. The inclusion of
Mighty QUBE® Hybrid is set to accelerate sales expansion across outpatient areas.
