Having transitioned to NewRocket from Cask NX, where he served as CEO and focused on comprehensive business transformations as a ServiceNow Elite Partner, Rosenfeld brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained across two decades in technology services, digital innovation, and enterprise partnerships. His primary role at NewRocket will involve steering the company’s relations with ServiceNow, establishing new alliances, setting up a customer advisory board, and expanding key strategic relationships across various industries and geographical regions. In addition to these responsibilities, he will lead NewRocket's corporate marketing efforts and explore new revenue opportunities in collaboration with top private equity firms.

Rosenfeld stands out as one of the few senior leaders in the ServiceNow space, having undertaken nearly every pivotal role typical for a partner, from consulting to account management, leading strategy and growth, to his recent position as CEO for a sizable elite partner organization.

Before immersing himself in the ServiceNow framework, he led highly efficient teams at HP, focusing on Service Management and Data Engineering concerning the firm's largest service account. His career includes guiding field services and engineering teams in the airline and transportation sector at EDS, and he commenced his professional journey as a management consultant at PwC, where he implemented cutting-edge CRM solutions.
