Meyer has a notable career trajectory, having previously held key positions such as Director of Finance and Accounting at The Chartis Group. In these roles, she has successfully led financial transformations, engaged in risk management, and steered acquisition integrations—demonstrating her capability to operate at the highest levels of financial oversight. Her earlier experiences with renowned organizations including CME Group, Heidrick & Struggles, and HSBC allowed her to develop a strong foundation in financial planning, compliance, and internal controls.

As CFO, Meyer's primary responsibilities will include overseeing SDI’s financial operations, managing strategy planning and analysis, enhancing accounting practices, and maintaining investor relations.
