Jim Baldwin's extensive background in legal and compliance matters is also noteworthy. Having served for over 24 years as Chief Legal Officer at Keurig Dr Pepper, Baldwin was integral in managing the company's legal strategies during major acquisitions and navigating complex compliance issues. His experience in risk management and navigating corporate governance will further bolster Varsity Brands' regulatory frameworks and security protocols.

Baldwin earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University.
