Transforming the Future of Furniture: Furniture China 2025 & Maison Shanghai

From September 9 to 13, 2025, the vibrant city of Shanghai will host a landmark event in the global furniture sector: the 30th edition of Furniture China and the newly enhanced Maison Shanghai. This dual event is poised to cover over 50 halls at two prime locations, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) and the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC), and is expected to welcome around 200,000 international visitors along with over 3,200 exhibitors.

The combined exhibition space will span a considerable 350,000 square meters, showcasing cutting-edge furniture collections, design presentations, and eco-friendly solutions. A key highlight of the Furniture China event is the dedicated outdoor furniture pavilion in Hall E8B at SNIEC, featuring impressive outdoor design showcases in Hall E6, alongside renowned outdoor brands in Hall N2. Visitors can explore a range of weather-resistant loungers, modular seating options, dining sets, and sustainable accessories, transforming outdoor spaces into stylish retreats.

As Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations increasingly shape design and commerce, the ReMe ESG Sustainability Themed Exhibition will introduce a visionary green concept space within booth E5D12 at SNIEC. This exhibition aims to promote recycling and low-carbon design through immersive installations and well-curated forums, allowing attendees to engage with and understand the importance of sustainability in the furniture industry.

Simultaneously, FMC China and FMC Premium will gather leading companies from the furniture components, raw materials, and manufacturing technology sectors under one roof, providing a comprehensive overview of the driving forces behind the industry. Exhibitors from over 15 countries will present state-of-the-art technology, making the FMC a crucial link between design and industrial production.
